Manchester, UK—September 15, 2008—SunniPath has signed an agreement with the UK-based Ansar Finance Group (AFG), creating a unique collaboration between the two organizations.
The agreement is part of a ground-breaking new area of work for SunniPath and AFG is the latest organization to sign the new agreement. The creation of this agreement highlights SunniPaths dedication to working with other organizations who share common goals and also a commitment to developing collaborative projects in the future.
By seeking out relationships with authorities in Shariah matters, such as SunniPath, Ansar Finance demonstrates their commitment to continue offering Shariah complaint financial services to their members.
Imran Chowdhury of SunniPath said of the agreement:

This agreement demonstrates SunniPath’s ongoing commitment to work with grassroots organizations, to spread the true message of Islam. For affiliate organizations the agreement carries a number of key advantages which can then be passed on to their members. These include significant course discounts, information about new projects and advance notice about events and free courses. The agreement will also enable organizations to receive support from SunniPath, for example with Marketing and PR.
Ali Mohammed, chair of AFG also added:
“AFG is also excited about this new partnership. As the second phase of our operation, education and providing practical Shariah-based financial solutions, is the main thrust of our work at AFG. In this regards, the agreement with SunniPath who teach Islamic knowledge to a global audience, fulfils one of our key objectives.”
This agreement follows another major development for SunniPath, who recently signed an agreement with the World Islamic Science and Education University (W.I.S.E.) to develop an accredited Associate Degree Program.
