Sunnipath Downloads FAQ

Digital Downloads is a new service of SunniPath that allows you to purchase a variety of downloadable digital content such as audio, video, and eBooks that you can access immediately. No more paying for shipping and handling and waiting for the material to come long after the order. With SunniPath's Digital Downloads you get access immediately.

SunniPath courses differ from Digital Downloads in many ways. In fact, the differences are like the differences between a class and a book. With SunniPath courses you have many ways to interact live with a teacher through our weekly live sessions, message forums, email, and live office hours. With Digital Downloads you do get material but not direct access to the teacher/singer/author. Secondly, SunniPath courses are structured around our degrees and programs so that they systematically take you from one level of knowledge to a much higher level, each one building on what you learned. You also get to interact with students from all over the world in your SunniPath course as well as have means to test your comprehension through assignments and exams. You will not find any of these with the Digitial Downloads. It is perhaps better to compare Digital Downloads to a bookstore, where you can purchase a variety of books, audio, and video, rather than to SunniPath courses.

It's easy to get started. First you will need a free SunniPath account. If you do not have an account you can set one up quickly here. After that, you can get a taste of Digital Downloads and try out the system by downloading some free material here. Once you are ready to purchase items, you can buy Points that you can use to download material.

The cost is based on the amount of Points you purchase at once. Costs vary between $0.90 per SunniPoint down to $0.82 per SunniPoint based on point package you select.

Getting Points is simple and easy. Just go to our "Buy Points" page and you'll see several point packages to choose from. You can start with as few as 5 SunniPoints or as many as 5,000 points.

Our initial offering consists primarily of mp3 audio files that you can download onto any computer, iPod, phone, or mobile device.

Although using the Downloads system is relatively straightforward, we still offer help. Just visit our Helpdesk and submit a help-request ticket and someone from our staff will respond to you.
